Bed and Breakfast Rooms
Each room is individually decorated and furnished with antiques, providing comfortable and charming accommodation. All bedrooms are a nice size with beds ranging from king size to singles depending on your requirements. Bathroom facilities vary, so please state your preference when booking.
Balcony Room

The Balcony Room is our largest double bedroom, currently decorated in a shabby chic style with warming reds and golds, but being refurbished over the winter of 2011/2012.
Furnished with a king size bed made up with luxurious printed covers, exquisite Regency linen press providing clothes hanging and an antique chest of draws come bureau for further storage and a place at which to sit and write with stationery provided. There is also a pretty Victorian dressing table with mirror.
The room is spacious and incorporates a seating area so you can relax on the sofa with a good book, watch a movie or browse the selection of magazines provided. The sofa opens up into a bed suitable for two children or one adult, measuring 118cm x 188cm (3'10 x 6'2) when fully extended.
A selection of hot drinks, with milk, a kettle and choice of biscuits are housed in a cupboard in the hall and available for you to help your self to whenever you want. There is also a basket containing leaflets on tourist attractions and a selection of reading material together with a guide books on the area line the window sill.
Enjoy a steaming hot bath or shower in the en-suite bathroom. Fluffy towels, antique linen hand towel, hair dryer and a range of bathing products are all provied for you to pamper yourself during your stay.
Green Room
The green room is a sunny twin bedroom decorated in soft yellows and greens.
Apart from the two single beds, there is a large Edwardian wardrobe, antique tapestry prayer chair and a charming little desk storing stationery for you to use. The Gerogian wash stand houses a cut glass water jug and drinking glasses and soft fluffy towels are hung on a vintage towel rail next to the Victorian dressing table and chair.

Main presure hot water is available all day, so you can relax in the shower or bath in the private bathroom. A hair dryer, antique linen hand towel and a selection of bathing products are all provided.
A cupboard in the hall houses coffee, hot chocolate, bovril and a large selection of teas together with a jar of scrummy buiscuits, a kettle and everything you might need for making hot drinks, together with a basket containing information on attractions to visit in the area. Lined along the windowsill you will find a further selection of guide books and general reading material.
The Rose Room Suite

The Rose Room ia a lovely light and bright double bedroom looking on to the courtyard. Decorated with Colefax and Fowler rose wall paper and furnished with an exceptionally comfortable antique brass bed, (often described as a favourite by regular visitors), made up with fresh white linen covers. There is an Edwardian wardrobe and charming Regency dressing table and mirror at which to sit.
The pretty bathroom with views on the landscaped garden provides mains presure hot water all day. Indulge yourself with the foam bath or other bathing products available. Fluffy towels, an antique linen hand towel and hair dryer are also provided.

The suites charming sitting area has three comfortable antique chairs on which to sit and read the selection of magazines provided. Alternatively watch a dvd or one of the many freeview channels on the flat screen television. There is coffee, a wide range of tea, a jar of scrumptious buiscuits, a kettle and everything you will need to make yourselves a hot drink. On the pretty demi-lune table there is a mahogany inlaid box containing information on places to visit in the area and outside the suite in the hall are a further selection of guide books and general reading matter on the window sill.
The Petit Pois Suite
So called because it is the smallest of the bedrooms being only a single and is a lovely rich pea green colour, contrasting well with the white bedlinen and antique laced-edge valence making it Oonagh's favourite room. With a lovely view through the imposing stone arched entrance of the courtyard, the room is a comfortable size and light and bright. It houses a limed oak wardrobe, matching dressing table at which to sit and a small wall hung mahogany cupboard.
The Petit Pois Suite uses the same bathroom and sitting area as the Rose Room Suite when unoccupied, please see above for details.

All prices are per room, per night and include breakfast.
